Little Lion's 1st Birthday Cake

What a cute cake design! Mommy Syd chose this design for her sweet baby boy, Malakai, 1st birthday! I just love the bright colors and cute, fondant figures!  I have known Syd for 20+ years and am best friends with her sister, Alexis, so it was such an honor to work on this cake. Of the pictures I saw on Facebook it looks like Malakai (& cousin Hudson) had quite the fun time!

Beautiful Wedding

I just love the rustic meets shabby chic trend in wedding design this year! It has been over a year since I've done a wedding cake of this size but I am just giddy with how it turned out! Morgan was the easiest bride to work with and I hope that she and Bubba have a blessed and happy marriage! Now on to the Groom's Cake.......................... What a fun cake this was to work on! The Groom proposed to Morgan at a place called the "Shack" and so the Groom's parents called on Yum Scrum Cakes to replicate the special place to surprise him! From what I heard the Groom Loved it! Here is a picture of the "Shack"...........I think it looks pretty close to the real thing. What do you think?

Traditional Birthday Cake

This classy traditional cake was for my very dear friend Monica! Her sweet momma called on Yum Scrum Cakes to make Monica's cake and I just love the traditional design she chose! It's not everyday that I get to make gumpaste roses!

A Very HUNGRY Caterpillar

This cake may be my new favorite design! I just love all of the fun details! I can't take credit for the design but I think I did a wonderful job replicating it and adding a few extra details!

Reagan's Baptism Cake

This beautiful Baptism Cake was made for one of my new favorite customers! Theresa has used Yum Scrum Cakes for her daughter's 1st Communion cake, a going away party and now her son's Baptism. I love having returning customers, especially when they are as sweet as Theresa!

Pretty Little Princess

I just love the simple beauty of this cake!
