Parkland Hospital Construction Cake

This cake was for HDR, Inc., and they are the Architects designing the NEW Parkland Hospital! My AMAZING hubby, Adam, is on the design team for the hospital.  The deadline for the design of the hospital was on Friday, so they are having a BIG party to celebrate everyone's hard work and dedication to the project! And they asked me to do the cake! Of course, I was thrilled to accept! I recently purchased a cake printer..............so I was able to print the actual cover sheet for the construction plans, which was a really fun touch. Then another fun touch was the "Post it" notes, which are little notes from the bosses on the project. Everything on the cake is edible, the post-it notes, hard hat, and pencil. I think it looks pretty legit and am so pleased with how it turned out!

I have to give a shout out to my awesome husband....................Adam, thank you for always loving me unconditionally, for always encouraging me and for bringing your amazing architecture and design skills to my cake business! I could not do this without you!

P.S. the pencil that you see on the cake is Adam's handy work :)

Happy Birthday Daddy

The month of March is a very busy month in the Panter household. All three of my boys celebrate the Birthday! Adam's is the beginning of March and Bennett & Beau's are at the end of the month. I let the boys help with Adam's cake this year! I of course iced the cake and then made a fondant topper that I let the boys "paint" with edible icing paint. I sure love their creation! A little modern and abstract! Stay tuned for what I have in store for my baby boys birthday cakes!

7-Tier Wedding Cake

Here is a 7-tier Wedding Cake! This was quite the cake. This cake was iced in Vanilla Buttercream and airbrushed in a Champagne shimmer color. It was detailed with black Fondant lace around the bottom borders and topped with a beautiful arrangement of white roses.

40th Birthday

This cake turned out just adorable. I love the colors and of course the detailing!
