Unique Birthday Cake

This cake was for my beautiful sister Rachel!!! Rachel is the oldest of my 3 sisters! I don't know how I got so lucky to be one of four girls but God knew that I would 3 amazing, godly role-models in my life! Rachel turned the big 3-1 this year, although, she doesn't look a day over 21 :) Rachel is one of the best mommies I know, she is so patient with her kiddos and she uses every opportunity to show and share the love of Christ with her kids and husband. I LOVE you Rachel!

I love the way this cake turned out! This cake is one of my favorite cake combos - red velvet & cream cheese icing! Cream cheese icing is very finicky and very difficult to decorate with so I had to think outside the box to to create this design. Since the icing has cream cheese in it it will not create a nice smooth finish so I did little rosettes to cover the outside of the cake!

Happy Birthday Daddy

The month of March is a very busy month in the Panter household. All three of my boys celebrate the Birthday! Adam's is the beginning of March and Bennett & Beau's are at the end of the month. I let the boys help with Adam's cake this year! I of course iced the cake and then made a fondant topper that I let the boys "paint" with edible icing paint. I sure love their creation! A little modern and abstract! Stay tuned for what I have in store for my baby boys birthday cakes!

Personalized Photo Cookies

These sweet little cookies were made for Valentines Day..........Oh just about 2 months late in posting them! Oops! The photo is courtesy of the super talented Stephanie Southard Photography! I printed these beauties with my edible printer and then placed them on the most delicious sugar cookie! They were a big hit!

Woody Hat

Can't blame a boy for loving Woody! I loved how this hat turned out and I of course had the help of my hubby on this one. He is the master carver!
