Being the BOY mommy that I am I have an appreciation for anything related to cars & trucks. We of course love the Cars movie and have just about every line of Mater's Tales memorized!
Wow, this "Cars" cake is absolutely fantastic! The details are incredible, and it looks like it was a huge hit – so much creativity and skill went into that. It's amazing how art can come to life, even in cake form! Sometimes, after admiring such a detailed creation, my mind shifts to more practical things, like planning for travel. I was just thinking about how useful cheap car rentals are when you need a flexible ride for a trip. Anyway, brilliant work on the cake!
These sweet little cookies were made for Valentines Day..........Oh just about 2 months late in posting them! Oops! The photo is courtesy of the super talented Stephanie Southard Photography! I printed these beauties with my edible printer and then placed them on the most delicious sugar cookie! They were a big hit!
The month of March is a very busy month in the Panter household. All three of my boys celebrate the Birthday! Adam's is the beginning of March and Bennett & Beau's are at the end of the month. I let the boys help with Adam's cake this year! I of course iced the cake and then made a fondant topper that I let the boys "paint" with edible icing paint. I sure love their creation! A little modern and abstract! Stay tuned for what I have in store for my baby boys birthday cakes!
